Real Estate Agent Referral Program

We are looking for experienced real estate agents to affiliate with our program and receive buyer and seller leads. We ask for a 20% referral commission, based on the gross closed commission (buyer side or seller side), if you complete a transaction with the referral we send to you. You can be assured that our referrals are referred to just one real estate agent.

Unlike many other relocation / referral sites, there is NO fee for you to sign up. We do, however, require some information from you to be sure your qualifications meet the standards we have set up for our referrals.

After completing our application form and submitting it, you will be emailed instructions for a form to sign and fax back to us. When we receive your signed agreement, you will be ready to receive referrals from us. An email will be sent to you with confirmation of your program membership.

All our member agents must have the following qualifications:

	The referral agent must have an e-mail address which they check daily. This is primarily how we communicate with our members.
	The agent must agree to respond to our report requests in a timely manner.
	The agent must be a full-time professional, licensed real estate agent for 2 years or more.
	Member of their local Multiple Listing Service.
